Shipping & Refund Policy

What is your shipping policy and when will I get my tracking number?

Olivia Danielle Collection, LLC is a company that prides itself on quality and professionalism. So, I ask for patience and time for us to ensure the best overall experience possible for all customers. 

 

Our business hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. All orders received after 5:00 pm will be considered the next business day. All orders placed over the weekend will be considered as ordered on the following Monday. Unless the following Monday Is a federal holiday.

 

Olivia Danielle Collection offers two forms of shipping.
Express & Standard

Express Shipping

We recommend express shipping for any customer that needs their order expedited. Express comes with a shipping date guarantee and signature delivery. 

Express Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days of processing. And overnight or express shipping after the order is processed Via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 

Standard Shipping 

Our standard shipping takes 3-5 Business Days to process. Our Business days are (Monday-Saturday) excluding holidays and weekends. 

After processing a tracking number will be issued via email within 3-5 business days after completion of processing to the email address provided during purchase. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail ( Please note that standard shipping is estimated and any delay in processing or shipping can result in a shipping delay).

All orders placed after 5:00 pm Eastern Standard are considered the next business day.  **Please note that orders are processed during business days only. (Please be advised that standard shipping doesn’t come with a shipment guarantee and can cause delays) 

What is your refund policy?

Olivia Danielle Collection has a NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY; please understand! All sales are final.
